Acneaway Cream Review | My Personal Experience

Having acne in Nigeria can be very annoying. The stress of daily life, along with the heat and humidity, doesn’t help us either. For years, I’ve bought various products from local stores and abroad and was consistently disappointed. Therefore, I decided to give Acneaway Cream a try since it’s quietly attracting attention where I live. I’ve tried using Acneaway Cream regularly for a few months, so in this article, I’ll explain my honest opinion of it.

I’m not trying to sell you anything. I’m only going to explain how it changed things for me, what effects I noticed, and what you should remember if you use it yourself.

The Reason I Decided to Try Acneaway Cream

    Acneaway cream

Most of my adult years have been affected by acne. I didn’t have typical teenage acne that cleared up on its own. My own acne didn’t fade away. I would get nasty bumps on my forehead, painful lumps on my cheeks, and blackheads that always seemed to be around.

I used all sorts of products, including black soap, lemon juice, imported brands, and strange mixtures made locally. A few of them worked for some time. Others only added to the distress. I felt very tired. After that, my friend suggested I try Acneaway Cream. She explained that the cleanser is mild but still works, and it is created for our unique skin.

I didn’t give it much thought at the beginning. Yet, after a different breakout made my chin look spotted, I finally agreed to try it. I decided to go to a local pharmacy and got my first tube here in Lagos. It wasn’t something I had to pay too much for.

My Very First Week Using Acneaway Cream

I noticed the smell as soon as I opened the tube. There was no strong smell, and the scent wasn’t perfumed. Just clean. It was smooth in texture and the right level of thickness.

I gently applied a little lotion on my face every morning and evening.

In the first couple of days, I did not see a huge difference. Nothing seemed to flare my skin up after using this product. There are no fresh acne spots. No irritation. That’s a plus, as some other creams would either irritate or dry out my skin.

After the fifth day, I could see that my temple pimples were getting smaller. It took time, but they seemed less agitated. My skin color was much more even.

Two Weeks In: Subtle, Steady Progress

By the end of two weeks, I saw that Acneaway Cream provided different improvements. The condition of my skin had gotten better. The pimples under my skin were getting small. Fewer whiteheads were present.

What’s the greatest part of it? No peeling and no redness visible. It was a slow and steady process, getting done little by little. I don’t believe in skincare miracles happening overnight. I have found out that slow and steady really works. Even though it took a while, the cream was giving good results.

I found it easy that I could keep most of my normal daily habits. I continued to use basic black soap and a gentle moisturizer. Acneaway Cream was simple to include in my skincare routine.

    One Month Later: Cleaner Skin

When I had used Acneaway Cream for a month, I noticed people started to compliment me. My brother inquired about what I was applying for. Someone in the office noticed that my complexion was looking improved. I appreciated that very much.

The marks on my cheeks were beginning to fade. Still around, but not as heavy. My skin would still break out occasionally during my period, yet the outbreaks didn’t last long. They were able to heal in a shorter time.

Not only did my facial appearance change, but my self-confidence did too. I used less makeup day to day. I didn’t mind showing myself without any makeup. I liked how that felt.

What I Liked About Acneaway Cream

I did not experience any burning, nor did it dry me out.

The ingredients: It didn’t seem to be filled with lots of chemicals.

It was something I could afford.

Oil-free: Although it’s very hot where I live, it never left me feeling greasy.

Works alongside other products: My existing skincare didn’t have to be replaced.

Important Facts to Keep in Mind Before You Use Acneaway Cream

Now, I’d like to be real with you. It doesn’t work like magic. If you assume acne will go away in three days, you’re mistaken. It doesn’t happen overnight. Consistency is very important. If your acne is very severe or cystic, it’s important to consult a dermatologist before using any product, like this one.

It’s also important to apply it to clean skin. I saw clearer improvements when I used it only after my face had been properly washed.

    Three Months Later

After using it for three months, Acneaway Cream is still on my shelf. Although my skin could use some improvement, it has changed for the better by 80%. Acne breakouts are uncommon and usually not severe. My scars are disappearing bit by bit.

This cream won’t suit every skin, because everyone’s skin is not the same. If you have relatively mild acne and you’re looking for a simple routine, try this out.

It’s not glamorous. Instagrammers aren’t talking about it. However, it does work, and that is the main thing.

Besides Acneaway Cream, these things helped my skin most.

Besides using Acneaway Cream, I made some changes that proved helpful.

    • This was the first step I took: trying to drink more water by carrying a bottle at all times.
    • I started washing my pillowcase once a week, and this made a much better difference than I expected.
    • I started being gentle on my skin and avoided strong cleansers.
    • Using sunscreen will help, as the strong sunlight in Nigeria can make scars worse. I started using a basic SPF 30.

While Acneaway Cream was the main thing that cleared up my skin, the changes I adopted helped keep it clear.

    Conclusion

If you’re having trouble with acne in Nigeria and nothing helps, try Acneaway Cream. It’s reasonably priced, it doesn’t harm your skin, and it slowly gives you excellent results. I hadn’t set high hopes for it, but in the end I’m happy I tried it.

Set the habit of taking action before your skin gets too bad. Start small. Be consistent. Most of all, give your skin the time it needs. You have the right to feel happy with your face.
