“Tinubu destroyed democracy” – VDM blew up an armored personnel carrier, Wike Over Rivers politics

• VeryDarkMan has reignited the political debate after he reposted an old post against Kingsley Chinda and accused President Tinubu and Nyesom Wike of undermining democracy in Rivers State.
• In a recent video circulating online, the VDM accused the ruling APC and allies of trying to “package” Kingsley Chinda as the next governor of Rivers State, while also blaming President Bola Tinubu and FCT Minister Nyesom Wike for the political crisis in the state.

Social media activist Martins Vincent Otse popularly known as VeryDarkMan (VDM) has sparked fresh reactions online after he reposted an old post from 2024 about Rivers politician Kingsley Chinda amid ongoing political tensions in Rivers State.

In a recent video circulating online, the VDM accused the ruling APC and allies of trying to “package” Kingsley Chinda as the next governor of Rivers State, while also blaming President Bola Tinubu and FCT Minister Nyesom Wike for the political crisis in the state.

According to him:

“Kingsley Chinda, Wike’s partner in crime, who APC wants to pack as the new governor of Rivers state? After doing illegal business with Wike in Abuja. Tinubu is the cause of all this, he destroyed democracy and that is what Wike is riding on.”

VDM also claimed to have warned Nigerians about Chinda in a previous post it made in 2024, saying recent events proved his concerns correct.

The video quickly sparked a heated debate on Xu (formerly Twitter), with many Nigerians sharing mixed reactions to his comments and the political situation in Rivers State.

Reacting to the clip, X user @kingkhone4real wrote:

“I see you didn’t learn anything from the Justice Crack issue. You’ll learn the hard way. You think everything is meaningful and important.”

Another user, @Mr_Sle3m, claims:

“Tinubu in collaboration with INEC and Wike is not planning an election. It will be a crazy level of embarrassment that Amupitan will give on January 16.”

Some users have questioned why VDM rarely talks about politics in Edo State even though he is from it.

“Does this guy ever talk about the politics and governance of Edo state? Are other states his problem while his own state is a mess?” @Olawamiwale_ wrote.

Others, however, supported his criticism of Rivers’ politicians.

“Why Wike still has a lot of influence in Rivers state so far in a democratic government,” @Ofusco123 asked.

Another commenter, @Sirchigor, claims:

“VDM does not know the evil called Chinda at all. He is from Elelenwo, especially Odani. There is not a single good road or light in his village despite being in government for years. That man is a demon.”
