“The kidnapped children are still trapped in the bushes,” laments the lady

AND lady has sparked emotional reactions online after expressing deep concern over abducted children who were allegedly held in the bush during heavy rain.
Emotional cries are causing concern on social media
The woman, whose statement circulated on social media on Sunday evening, complained about the condition of the abducted children and criticized the government for what she described as a slow response to the crisis.
Speaking emotionally, she said the thought of innocent children left in the rain without shelter or protection was heartbreaking.
“It’s raining hard right now, and all I can think about are those kidnapped children still trapped in the bushes. We sleep comfortably while these children struggle outside in the cold.” she said.
Calls for immediate government intervention are growing louder
The lady further wondered how citizens can remain calm knowing that children as young as two or three years old are facing harsh weather conditions in captivity.
“How can we sleep peacefully knowing that small children are terrified in the rain? The government must act urgently. These are our children“, she added.
Her emotional comments quickly gained attention online, with many Nigerians joining calls for security agencies and authorities to intensify rescue operations.
Several users described the situation as painful, while others prayed for the safe return of the victims to their families.
Cases of mass abductions involving schoolchildren and villagers have repeatedly made headlines in Nigeria over the past few years, particularly in northern communities affected by insecurity.
In the year 2024, residents across the country also reacted emotionally after reports surfaced of abducted students who spent days in forest camps before being rescued by security operatives.
Observers say growing insecurity and delayed rescue efforts continue to raise concerns among citizens across the country.
