Yhemo Lee expresses anger at increasing number of kidnappings, questions government response, national security
Personality on social networks, Yhemo Lee has expressed strong concern over the worsening security situation in Nigeria, especially the increasing incidents kidnapping affects both adults and children.
In an impassioned statement shared online, he criticized what he described as the continued failure of authorities to effectively deal with the abductions, noting that uncertainty it seems to have escalated to the point where even children are now the target of violence and abuse.
He expressed concern about the report on attacks involving minors and questioned the apparent ease with which criminal groups operate, raising concerns about whether enough is being done to protect citizens.

“Omo wetin dey really broke my head when I say this govt not doing anything about these kidnappings. Well before dem dey kidnap old man Abi and even if you don’t jail adults which is stupid by the way. Kids nko? Like babies fight to the point. Are kidnappers more powerful than the government? Omo, it’s almost oh. Till date nothing has been done, innocent kids can’t even celebrate children’s day.
