“Mom begged” – The lady told what she inherited after her father’s death, told about the visit to the law office
A Nigerian woman’s post detailing her inheritance after her father’s death has gone viral on the internet.
In a post on X, @Toniatuslim revealed that when she was 20, she received a letter from her late father’s lawyer informing her that she would inherit $80,000.

But despite her mother’s pleas, she ended up visiting the lawyer’s office.
Upon arrival, she was greeted by her father, who looked fragile, while the lawyer handed her several papers that she signed.
”I met my father at the lawyer’s office. He looked fragile and happy to see me. The lawyer gave me some papers, saying they were standard forms to finalize the transfer. I signed them”she stated, recounting how the visit went.
The lady is losing her father
Meanwhile, years after signing the documents, her father passed away.
But the lawyer revealed the truth about the documents she signed before his death.
According to the lawyer, the deceased’s daughter signed the documents as his legal guarantor for the $80,000 debt, which grew to $210,000 due to accrued interest.
Furthermore, the lawyer emphasized that the debt falls on her, and she will be contacted by phone.
“With interest, you now personally owe $210,000. The responsibility now falls on you, you will get a call in the morning,” He added.
