“He started moving towards me…” – the lady recounts an unpleasant moment with a friend after her father’s death
Nigerian lady shared an embarrassing experience she allegedly had after visiting her friend to comfort him after his father’s death.
According to her, the young man called her while crying over the loss of his father, which is why she decided to visit him and support him in his difficult time.
She said in her own words:
“Seeing him in that state really broke me. Before you knew it, he was getting closer. He was holding me in a very funny way that I didn’t like.”
The lady explained that while she was comforting him, she suddenly became uncomfortable after noticing his behavior changed from sadness to something more intimate.
She said she quickly texted her friend to call her as an excuse to leave the house after she allegedly noticed he wanted her to spend the night with him.
“By the time I looked down, he had an erection. So I gave him an excuse and he replied ‘I thought you were going to stay and spend the night?’ Me who just wanted to pay you my condolences,” she added.
Her storytelling has sparked reactions online, with many social media users discussing boundaries, male friendships and emotional vulnerability.
The lady added that because of such experiences, she lost hope in maintaining platonic friendships with men.
