In a post on her X handle@4lasade The lady told what happened during her first meeting with the man, whose identity remains unknown.

According to her, during their first meeting, she inquired about the details of the bride price.
In a surprising twist, the man called his mother, who informed her that it was ₦2 million.
”This man said okay. The next thing?
He called his mom. I thought it was a cruise. It’s not. His mom actually spoke to me and said ₦2 million”she added.

Meanwhile, the man contacted her via WhatsApp, clarifying his marital status.
In the text he posted on social networks, the man revealed that he has 2 daughters who do not live with him because of his wife’s work.
He further suggested that she block him and described crossing paths with her as a privilege.
”It was an honor to meet you, I don’t want to join a group of people who take advantage of anyone. But whatever happens, I will accept it in good faith”he stated.
