A disturbing video circulating on Xu shows a man who is suspected to have been under the influence of drugs, fell from the floor, and allegedly got up and left shortly after the impact.
The footage shows the man losing control from the top floor before falling to the ground, leaving onlookers visibly shocked by the sudden incident.
Despite the severity of the fall, he is later seen getting back on his feet and walking away.
The video has since gone viral on social media, drawing attention and concern over the circumstances of the incident and suspected substance abuse at the time.
