Bam Bam bursts into tears over widespread national insecurity

Actress Bam Bam expressed deep concern about the rising levels uncertainty, health challenges and recurring tragedies affecting individuals and families in Nigeria.
In a thoughtful public statement and video, she described a growing sense of emotional exhaustion within society, pointing to repeated cases of kidnapping, loss of life, serious illness and widespread fear as issues contributing to the collective distress.
She questioned the effectiveness of existing systems in addressing these challenges, particularly in relation to public safety and health care provision, while emphasizing the need for stronger institutional response and accountability.
In the video she shared, she can be seen crying over the repeated tragedy Nigerians are facing.
Her words are…
“What is the SOLUTION?!!! What is the solution, people?
We cried. We made flyers. We cried. We prayed. But the pain still comes. 💔
Abductions. Loss. Cancer. sadness. Fear.
It seems like we’re all just trying to survive one tragedy after another.
And honestly… where is the government in all of this?
How many more people need to disappear?
How many more families must grieve before safety, health care and human lives are treated as a priority?
Today it is someone else’s loved one… tomorrow it could be ours.
Please check your people. Call them. Love them out loud. Be kinder. Be softer with people. You really never know what someone is wearing.
And cancer… cancer is a bastard.
It took two people I care deeply about, and I’m honestly tired of pretending we have time. Not always.
Please have regular health check-ups.
Please listen to your body.
Please take your health seriously.
Please don’t wait until it’s too late.
We deserve better.
Better security. Better health care. Better leadership. Better humanity. ❤️🕊️”
