Chioma was a beauty to behold in black at the 2026 Grammys, a night that gave us plenty of looks — and awards, of course — to talk about. Walking alongside David, she kept things striking yet thoughtful, opting for a look that draws you in the longer you look at it.
Now, if you’re wondering who designed the dress, how it was made, and what exactly Chioma wore to the Grammys, we’ve got all the details for you.
Starting with the dress, Chioma stepped out in a custom creation by a Vietnamese designer Nguyen Kong Three. The midi length dress is crafted on a sheer base, with dark 3D floral appliqués placed over the bodice before gently falling towards the skirt. The placement seemed to be intentional, offering coverage at the top while allowing the bottom half of the dress to feel lighter and more open.
One of the most striking elements was the sleeve detail. Long strips of trailing fabric stretched all the way to the floor, gently shifting as she walked and adding a sense of flow to the overall look. It was the kind of detail you noticed more and more with each step.
He took care of her styling Vanessa Efe and Holly Ann Drowhich he also styled David for the night. To complete the look, Chioma wore elegant black Christian Louboutin stiletto sandals, keeping the focus on the dress, while Justine Clenquet jewelry added a modern touch. Her hair was cut into a sharp chin-length hairdo with a center parting, and her make-up was kept clean and polished, letting the texture of the dress do the most talking.
We also loved how she looked put together next to David, who was dressed up like the gentleman that he is. Chioma shared her admiration for him on social media, captioning the moment: “You already know you’re perfect”
