Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie has shared new details about his marriage to his first wife, May, including how their relationship started.
During a recent appearance on The Honest Bunch Podcast, the actor revealed that he married May at the age of 22. He explained that they first met at the exam center when they were taking their GCE.
Yul also took the opportunity to talk about how important it is for women to set clear boundaries in relationships and life decisions.

Following the controversies surrounding his personal life, May Edochie has reportedly filed a lawsuit seeking ₦100 million in damages against Yul Edochie and Judy Austin over alleged adultery claims.
The Edochie family also faced tragedy in March 2023 when Yulo and Maya’s first son, Kambilichukwu, died at the age of 16 after allegedly suffering a seizure while playing football at school. He was later confirmed dead at the Lagos Mother and Child Hospital.
