“They rejected the pregnancy and kicked me out” – The lady recounts the alleged betrayal of the married couple she worked for

Nigerian lady sparked conversations online after sharing a painful story in which she claims her relationship with a married couple she worked for ended in chaos and rejection.
According to her, she worked for the couple for about five years as a domestic helper and initially had a good relationship with them before things allegedly changed between her and her husband.
Narrating the ordeal, she said:
“I started working with them five years ago. At first the woman was good to me, but after a few months she changed and started treating me in a way I don’t like. My husband came to me and said he needed my help because they had been married for 10 years without a child.”
She stated that her husband later proposed a private arrangement, promising to support her financially and help her achieve her educational and business goals.
The lady further claimed that things changed when the wife became pregnant, after which the husband allegedly distanced himself and told her to terminate the pregnancy herselfnegating their earlier agreement.
“He said I have to stop it, can’t I see that his wife is also pregnant. He said he doesn’t owe me anything because his wife is already pregnant.”
They yelled at me and threw me out of the house, and they didn’t even pay me for the last month I worked,” she added.
Her story drew mixed reactions online, with many people expressing concern, while others questioned the decisions that led to this situation.
The account continues to generate discussion about relationships, power dynamics and personal responsibility in sensitive situations.
