“She called that I was broke, so I bought two goats instead,” says the man about the breakup

AND man went viral after revealing how a failed relationship in 2021 pushed him into cattle farming instead of sponsoring his girlfriend’s education.

The man, whose identity has not been released, shared the story on social media as he reflected on how a decision he made years ago ended up changing his financial situation.

According to him, his ex-girlfriend enrolled in school and requested financial support for her education expenses.

Narrating the incident, the man said his girlfriend estimated she would need around £400,000 for her education at the time. However, he explained that he only had £80,000 available and could not meet the amount she was asking for.

In 2021, my girlfriend was accepted before me. She told me to sponsor her education and asked me to calculate the costs,” he said.

She said it will cost ₦400k but I told her I only have ₦80k. She told me I was mean and broke up with me. I used the money to get two goats instead and here we are today.”
