Nollywood actress Sarah Martins has hit out at Yulu Edochie following his recent remarks about his estranged wife, May Edochie.

During an appearance on The Honest Bunch podcast, Yul suggested that certain actions from May may have contributed to his decision to enter another marriage. He claimed he was willing to be seen as the “villain” in the situation, while also stating that he holds no ill will towards his ex-wife and wishes her well. According to him, she is still the mother of his children, adding that there were problems in the marriage, but he would not resort to public outbursts of emotion.

Reacting to his comments, Sarah Martins criticized what she described as a contradiction in his statement. She argued that while he claimed to mean May well, his comments on the podcast could still sway public opinion against her by implying that she played a role in his actions.

She further accused the actor of being bitter about Maya’s advances and questioned the purpose of his interview, suggesting that jealousy could be causing his repeated comments about the situation.

Her words….

“Isimili ji amu zukwanuike.

You wish her well, but you’ve given the Podcast the power to plant doubt in people’s minds by saying she did something to make you do what you did, but you won’t say it.

Oga, it hurts you that she is well!

What was your point in giving a podcast if you really weren’t jealous of her brilliance?

Anakoheri”.
