Sharing her story on social media, the woman revealed that her father begged her mother not to leave after 14 years of marriage, only to later reveal that she had allegedly fallen in love with another man before the split.

According to the lady, her father already knew that someone else was in the picture, but decided to stay kept silent because he did not want the family to fall apart.

She explained that the emotional toll of watching her father struggle through her marriage left her with a permanent scar.

“What changed me was watching my dad beg my mom not to leave after 14 years of marriage and she said she never loved him. Only to find out that someone else already exists“, she said.

“One evening he said: ‘If I didn’t have children, I would have ended my life already.’ That sentence never left me. And yet someone would easily say to us: ‘That’s still your mom’.” she added.
